1. Gold Bullion Purchase
1.1 Purchases Gold bullion on the spotted price based on LBMA 2nd fixing and the date of shipment when a customer placed an order using a Purchase Method or as mentioned in the contract.
2. Binding Contract
2.1 Purchase gold bullion if the customer agrees on all the terms and conditions. The customer presumes all price movement risks following their purchase of gold bullion and signing a contract, including payment details and shipping date. The seller will email the customer the price on the spotted price based on LBMA 2nd fixing. A buyer must immediately on receiving the Order & Contract Confirmation if any details are incorrect.
3. Payment Methods & Notes
3.1 The total amount is based on the spotted price on LBMA 2nd fixing and the agreed-on shipping date and as per payment terms in the contract.
3.2 The failure by a customer to pay for an order will result in the cancellation of the contract and recovery of all costs from the Customer under a contract clause.
3.3 LENDWELL must receive full payment after signing a contract that specifies the gold bullion price. All charges must originate from the verified Customer’s bank account, which displays the same name as.
3.4 The Purchase Method and contract number must be quoted as a reference when transferring or depositing funds so we can identify your payment and ensure that your fund is allocated correctly. The LENDWELL is not liable for any delays in receiving the customer’s funds into our bank account or lack of sufficient details to identify the payment.
3.5 LENDWELL will not deliver any gold bullion until full payment from the Customer is received.
4. Customer identification
4.1 By voluntarily submitting identification documents to LENDWELL, you confirm that you are delegate LENDWELL to verify your identity
4.2 You consent to LENDWELL disclosing personal information that you have provided for verification using its systems and services to obtain an assessment of whether such private information matches data held by governments, authorities and other anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism compliance agencies financing legislation.
4.3 This result is a report provided on the success of the information matching results. We will maintain complete and appropriate records of all disclosures, confirmations and consents relating to your personal information
5. Pricing
5.1 The prices are indications of the retail prices and are not firm commitments to buy or sell at the indicated price.
5.2 LENDWELL will confirm the price to the customer at the time of the signed contract and shipping date.
5.3 LENDWELL cannot accept any liability for any loss suffered due to any action of any kind taken by any person based on this pricing information and reserves the right to decline any trade involving without limitation pricing or inventory errors caused by computer errors or malfunctions.
6. Goods and VAT
6.1 Goods and VAT is not levied on bullion sold in or overseas.
7. Deliveries
7.1 LENDWELL will notify customers via email when the order is arrival,
7.2 Any claim for non-delivery or lost gold bullion must be made within one working day of dispatch. LENDWELL will not accept any claim for ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ bullion if the customer deviates from this standard delivery terms.
7.3 Shipments over are arranged on a case-by-case basis door to door. LENDWELL customer service team will contact the customer to determine the requirements for each delivery and delivery detail. The carrier will contact the customer to arrange delivery. copy of (passport or ID) and signatures from the person receiving the parcel are required for all deliveries. Only the customer or a person appointed by the customer at the time of order will be the only permitted for receiving the box.
7.4 Shipments can be delivered to a business address; shipments can only be delivered to verified business addresses or collected from carriers’ depots subject to prior approval.
7.5 If the customer is required to appoint an alternative representative to accept delivery on their behalf, the customer must inform LENDWELL officially in writing with the full name of the representative and his telephone number in advance of the delivery date. 8. International Import Charges & Taxes

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, as is acquiring import licenses (if necessary) and assisting local authorities with any information required for formal customs clearance in the county of destination.
